Support AALF's For Us HBCU Food Pantry Fundraiser
Show your HBCU Pride and Support by decreasing food insecurity on HBCU campuses.
The AALF and Stop Hunger Partnership
As an anti-hunger organization, the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation understands that structural racism is a root cause of hunger and poverty, and that rates of hunger are at least twice as high in communities of color.
How can I help?
To help optimize the health of students of color who struggle with food insecurity, we are asking you to rally your friends, family, and networks to support the Stop Hunger mission which helps to ensure everyone has dependable access to enough nutritious food to enable them to lead a healthy, productive life. By contributing to our annual For Us Fundraising Drive, you will be helping to improve both human nutrition and the planet by encouraging more sustainable consumption patterns.
Who will Benefit?
Your funds will be directed to HBCU Food Pantries, which are valued client partners, with a goal of raising $5000 to purchase much needed staples for consumption by students in need. We ask our AALF members, friends, families and HBCU alums and allies to make a donation that will impact the communities we serve everyday - anything counts! We thank you for helping AALF and Stop Hunger continue the fight together!
