Sign Up for an evening of Cooking Asian Fusion Cuisine!

In support of Servathon 2022 and partnering with PANG, Sodexo Chefs will teach you how to prepare authentic Asian Cuisine - incorporating many Thai flavors and fresh herbs!

Sodexo Chefs Jon Dubrick and Rajiv Jaggi are teaming up to prepare an Asian Fusion Meal! This menu will instruct you on how to cook several Asian dishes and share a little history and origin of the recipes the Chefs will highlight. These recipes are from Chef Jon's personal collection and ones he often prepares for family and friends.

The chefs will be cooking LIVE at HQ in Gaithersburg. You can virtually cook along with us or sit back and enjoy! Once you complete the registration, you will receive the recipe information, shopping list, and the link for the event.

Meet Our Sodexo Chefs

Chef Rajiv Jaggi earned a business degree and later trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY – graduating in 1995. He has a vast background in culinary training spanning from private-owned dining establishments to corporate-owned restaurants, as well as developing menus for international flight carriers at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Rajiv joined Sodexo as the Chef of Shedd Aquarium and later served in the menu development role for Sodexo’s Healthcare, Universities, and Corporate Services segments. Currently, Rajiv serves as the Development Chef for Culinary Solutions of Sodexo focusing on Mindful, Signature Brands, Campus, Government, Schools and Senior Living Dining programs. He supports various fundraisers for organizations including the PANG EBRG and the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation.


Sr. Manager for Culinary Development at Sodexo, Chef Jon Dubrick has a wealth of education and experience in the culinary innovation field.

After attending Washburne Culinary Academy, he held Executive Chef positions at several high-profile restaurants in Chicago, started his own high-end catering business and restaurant, and is now a part of the Sodexo Corporate Team. He currently holds memberships in the American Culinary Federation and Research Chefs Association.

Jon is an amazing combination of true culinary talent, sincere passion for what he does, and an endless quest to improve upon his impressive aptitude for culinary perfection. Perhaps no statement could better define him than his answer to a question about a signature dish.

“Do I have a signature dish? No, and I’m glad. I get bored quickly so I’m constantly trying to create new dishes, but at the same time, reinventing my classic collection of personal bests with new flavor and consistency profiles." Jon is an avid supporter of the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation.
