Food insecurity and poor nutrition can have a negative impact on health. This webinar will share the benefits of following a plant-forward meal pattern which helps empower the food insecure to make informed choices for quality nutrition.

Sodexo Corporate Services Chef Anthony Perrotti and Wellness Director Tina Makker are teaming up to highlight the impact of plant forward thinking and principles and will provide real-world examples of how this can influence our health. To showcase how to implement, Chef Anthony will demonstrate how to make a corn salsa recipe that you can enjoy with grilled or baked chicken, salmon, or crab cakes; or as a dip for tortilla chips.
