Sodexo Chefs Rajiv Jaggi and Joe Gurner are teaming up to prepare a full Indian Cuisine Meal! This menu will instruct you on how to cook several Indian dishes and share a little history and origin of the recipes the Chefs will highlight. These recipes are from Chef Rajiv's personal collection and ones he often prepares for family and friends.

The cooking demo is pre-recorded and once you complete registration, you will receive the recipe information and the link to the video to get started!

Meet Our Sodexo Chefs

Chef Rajiv Jaggi earned a business degree and later trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY – graduating in 1995. He has a vast background in culinary training spanning from private-owned dining establishments, corporate-owned restaurants, as well as developing menus for international flight carriers at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Rajiv joined Sodexo as the Chef of Shedd Aquarium and later served in the menu development role for Sodexo’s Healthcare, Universities, and Corporate Services segments. Currently, Rajiv serves as the Development Chef for Culinary Solutions of Sodexo focusing on Mindful, Signature Brands, Campus, Government, Schools and Senior Living Dining programs. He supports various fundraisers for non-profit organizations including the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation.


As Sr. Manager for Culinary Development at Sodexo, Chef Joe Gurner puts his creativity and extensive culinary knowledge to use every day. Joe began his culinary career after obtaining a degree in business administration and enrolling in the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. His previous positions include roles in Restaurant Associates, several Smithsonian institutions, and he served as the Senior Executive Chef at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Joe joined Sodexo in 2017 and is an avid supporter of the Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation.
